Trick Or Treat... But DON'T Smell Sunny's Feet!!!! [open]

It's Dark now, and Magnus has been preparing. He doesn't want Sunny to get bored or to feel the pervasive lack of the month, and so he's been squirreling away the necessary items for fun. It's not a surprise activity — Sunny has been on board since the very beginning, helping pick out exactly what they need to make it truly exceptional — but it does have a very intensive prep.

Finally, about a week into the month, they reach a point of cabin fever where the time seems right. It's not so intense that they're truly cranky, but they're definitely both in need of some diversion. Apu's cold is waning, and Far's isn't very advanced, and so Sunny allows that she can take a break from playing nurse (a word which here means verrrry carefully but verrrry insistently bringing them both cup after cup of water) to play Halloween instead.

And so, equipped with a closet full of costumes and an enormous basket, they start their rotation of Every Single Door In The Mansion (And All Other Non-Mansion Buildings Where People Live). Magnus knocks loudly, Sunny at his side, poised to say the magic words.

Halloween! In... May. When tagging in, please just get your character to the point of opening the door: we're going to describe Magnunny's costumes in our first tags!

"TRICK OR TREAT!" Sunny announces when Tress opens the door. Hanging from straps on her shoulders are two large felt chocolate chip cookies, sandwich-board-style. Beside her stands a large, foam milk carton with Magnu's head, arms, and legs sticking out.

"Happy Darkoween!" Magnus echoes, waving at Tress with one sticky-outy arm.

Tress can't help but laugh at the sudden appearance of the Sagraertes siblings in costume. "Oh, wow. ... What's Darkoween?"

[biteybaby]

"It when us dress up and ask trick or treat!"

[summerdude]

"Did you have Halloween back home?"

[sporesprouter]

She shakes her head. "No, we didn't. Do I need a costume too?"

[biteybaby]

“Can wear one if want, nothing stopping you. Don’t gotta.”

[summerdude]

"Yeah, the door-answerer can wear a costume or not, but the people going from door to door have to wear costumes."

[sporesprouter]

"Oh, all right. Is it just to get to show off costumes, then? Yours are great."

[biteybaby]

“Thank you, us is cookies and milks!” She grins. “You want a trick or a treat?”

[summerdude]

"Can't mix us together, though," Magnus says, waggling his eyebrows at Tress. "Too soggy."

[sporesprouter]

She laughs. "Got it. I almost have to pick treat, right?"

[biteybaby]

“Don’t have to but up to you.”

[summerdude]

"Yeah, you can pick whatever you like."

[sporesprouter]

"And I can't pick both?"

[biteybaby]

"No it trick or treat, not trick and treat."

[summerdude]

Magnus grins at Tress. "Sunny's the boss and the rules are in the name of the game."

[sporesprouter]

"Well, then! Treat it is!"

[biteybaby]

"Okay!" Sunny starts digging around in the big basket Magnu packed their supplies in, then hands a foil-wrapped Kinder Surprise Egg up to Tress. "Taa daa!"

[summerdude]

"Be careful eating it," Magnus warns. "There's toys inside the chocolate."

[sporesprouter]

She takes the egg and looks it over. "Thank you! It looks lovely!"

[biteybaby]

“Open it I wanna see what toy you gotted!”

[summerdude]

"You heard the cookie," grinning.

[sporesprouter]

"All right!" She carefully peels off the wrapper.

[biteybaby]

"Don't eat that part, it not taste good. Just for wrapping up."
